Still from music video

The unstoppable Davidoteamed up with UK rapper Big Narstie and promoter-turned-artist Django23 for a laid-back music video. The visual, which is directed by the talented Twitch, has numerous scenes which mirror the equally mellow nature of "Control".

Opening shots of the beach and calm, rolling waves kickoff this visual. Davido, Big Narstie and Django23 then appear on the balconies of their respective suites and put on what seem to be virtual reality glasses—transporting them to a reality within their control.

Whilst we wouldn't describe the music video itself as being out of this world, it doesn't have to be. It's meant to be a relaxed and crisp visual that plainly depicts what the trio are rapping and singing about: an extravagant lifestyle complete with the expensive jewels, mansion and beautiful women.

What's definitely noteworthy is Davido's ability to seamlessly adjust his sound when collaborating with artists of different genres. The seasoned musician really comes through and honestly, brings this video together with his catchy verse and smooth moves.
