Award-winning soul singer Michael Kiwanuka is the latest artist to grace the popular YouTube-based 'A COLORS SHOW.'

Sitting before a retro keyboard, the British-Ugandan singer delivers a melancholic and rich rendition of "Solid Ground" a song from his forthcoming album KIWANUKA.

The stripped-down setting of the Colors studio offers a fitting backdrop for the no-frills performance, allowing for the singer's booming vocals to take center stage.

The artist released the music video for "Hero" earlier this month, a nod to the Black Liberation movements of the 60s. Before then he dropped the vivid music video for "You Ain't the Problem."

KIWANUKA, his third studio album, and his first since 2016's critically-acclaimed Love & Hate, is due out this Friday, November 1. Check out his full performance of "Solid Ground" below.
