Retta is a soul-pop singer straight out of Nigeria with a unique look and sound – “raw Nigerian flavor.” We found out about her from a reader (shoutout!) who though she was “one to watch,” and we concur. In “Tomorrow,” which dropped last month, Retta sings of heartbreak and confusion, a story she conveys brilliantly, learned from years of experience. What do you think of Retta?
