Hailing from Boston, Debo Band pays tribute to the vintage sounds of 1970's Ethiopian pop but in a style all their own. The group, founded by Ethiopian-American musican Danny Mekonnen, presents electrifying live shows full of crooning vocals, blazing horns, and funk grooves - introducing Ethiopian music to new audiences in the West.
