With a collaboration with vet South African rapper Pitch Black Afro, Crax has done well for himself. He released his debut album The Swazi Magnet in 2012 under leading Swazi record label Claiming Ground Records. He has appeared on South African hip hop magazine HYPE’s HYPE Sessions mixtape, Jo’burg’s YFM radio and South African TV station SABC 1. He pens most of his rhymes in his mother tongue, Swati, and cites Soweto rapper Pro as one of his main muses. His subject matter varies from light-hearted to rhymes about the struggle of being a young person in a challenging world. Download his The Swazi Magnet album here.
