BK Nigerian Rilgood's 'Ghost In The Machine'


Newcomer rapper Rilgood's twitter bio describes him as "the king of Nigeria, in Brooklyn." Born in Ibadan, Rilgood's migration to New York City is easily spotted in his laid-back East Coast delivery and imagery. "Ghost In The Machine," a hazy highlight off his previously featuredKingdom mixtape, is inspired by a Mandela quote which Rilgood connects to the treatment of inner-city youth: "There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children." Watch the Sean Phazes-directed video for "Ghost In The Machine" and revisit Kingdom below.
