Listen to Tekno and Zlatan's New Single 'Agege'

Zlatan is perhaps this year's biggest breakout star. The talented Nigerian artist has strategically ensured that he works with some of the best in the game. He teamed up with Tiwa Savage on "Shotan", collaborated with Davido on "Bum Bum", Joined Burna Boy on the track "Killin Dem" and most recently, joined forces with fellow Nigerian musician Tekno on the new single "Agege". With a resumé like that and from this year alone, we don't doubt that the artist continues to solidify his spot in the music game.

Despite Tekno's recent run-in with the law, that hasn't interfered with the music and he and Zlatan have delivered a stellar track. "Agege" is a vibrant and uptempo banger that sees Zlatan's energetic sound blending seamlessly with that of Tekno's. The latter dabbles in a bit of rapping on this track, something we don't hear from him very often (if at all), but the overall synergy between the duo is undeniable and makes for some great listening.

Zlatan has certainly come a long way since "Zanku (Leg Work)" was released earlier this year and threatened to become the newest dance craze in afropop. We've definitely got our eye on the artist and can't wait to hear what else he's got cooking in the pipeline.
