Frank Ocean Is Back in the Most Frank Ocean Way Possible

Frank Ocean surprise released his 'Endless' visual album and Twitter is freaking out about it.

Frank Ocean Is Back in the Most Frank Ocean Way Possible

Last night Frank Ocean surprise released his new visual album Endless—an 18-song drop that features collaborations with Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood, James Blake, Sampha, Jazmine Sullivan, Arca, and more.

Of course, to stream Endless you have to watch Frank build a spiral staircase out of wooden boxes on his black-and-white Apple Music web stream.

Rolling Stone confirmed that Endless is a different project from his proper new album, previously titled Boys Don’t Cry, which is set for release on Apple Music this weekend.

Now Frank’s recent Tumblr post: “I got two versions. I got twoooo versions” makes more sense.

As in life, we look to Twitter for guidance on how to weigh our own reactions about Endless.

Below are some of Twitter’s best reactions to new Frank Ocean material—some have forgiven him for the long wait, while others are begrudgingly listening.
