Cape Town's Experiencing Severe Storms Right Now

SOUTH AFRICA–Cape Town has been hit by a notorious storm, which started on Wednesday morning. At the moment, five people have been confirmed dead, while four have been injured.


The Mother City has been experiencing a severe drought–with dam levels at 17.6 percent, prior to the storm. Below are some clips and images taken by Capetonians of the damage, from uprooted trees that have blocked roads, to the roof of Cavendish Mall falling, and more.
