Okayafrica Electrafrique NYC At Output With Buraka Som Sistema's Branko [3/4]!

Okayafrica has been partnering up with Nairobi’s Electrafrique to host New York City’s hottest dance party centered around afrofuture sounds. Okayafrica Electrafrique returns March 4 to Output for a kuduro, kizomba & zouk bass blow-out with Buraka Som Sistema producer and Enchufada label founder Branko — the Lisbon-based beatmaker who, as part of Buraka, diffused Angolan street rhythms around the world. Opening sets for the show will be held down by NYC producer Kashaka and our own hosts DJ Cortega & DJ Underdog. To mark the occasion, DJ Cortega put together an hour-long, kuduro-heavy mix which can be streamed below. Check out all the show info on the flyer above, join the Facebook event and RSVP below for free entry before 11PM. (The RSVP is now closed)
