Ghanaian-Dominican artist Kojo Funds links up with Canadian production duo Banx & Ranx for their upbeat new single "Traffic Jam."

The collaborators headed to Accra for the song's lively music video, which sees them caught in a traffic jam like no other. The traffic jam turns into more of a block party as colorfully dressed dancers take over the streets and everyone turns up. The video was directed by popular afrobeats video director Meji Alabi.

"Traffic jam was a fun song to make," said Kojo Funds in a statement. "The song reflects the energy that was created in the studio that day. Working with Banx & Ranx felt like we had been working together for years, they are two musical geniuses."

The Montreal-based duo shared similar thoughts about the making of the track: "What I love about "Traffic Jam"is the simplicity of the chorus, it really reflects the fun we had in the studio that day. Writing it with Kojo, without force and bouncing all over the place," explains Yannick of Banx & Ranx.

Banx & Ranx who came on the scene in 2017 with the album LIT, previously released the single "The Reason Why," while UK-based Kojo Funds released the catchy track "I Like" featuring Wizkidback in August.
