Tiffany Haddish Has a New Stand-Up Special Coming To Netflix

There's no stopping Tiffany Haddish.
The comedian has taken on a number of exciting film roles recently, including Night School with Kevin Hart and Megalyn Echinkunwoke, and now she's getting back to her standup roots with a new original special set to premiere on Netflix in 2019.
"Tiffany Haddish is a force. Hilariously funny, brash and self-effacing, she's an incredible artist who is winning over audiences while breaking barriers, and we are tremendously proud that she will showcase her formidable talent on Netflix," said Lisa Nishimura, VP Original Documentary and Comedy at Netflix.

Haddish has another series in the works wth the streaming giant as well, she'll be the lead voice and executive producer for the upcoming animated series Tuca & Bertie from the team behind cult favorite Bojack Horesman.
Haddish's special comes as Netflix continues to make major steps towards buffing its comedy output. Last month the company announced its plans to create a series bringing together 47 comedians from around the world.
The actress is also set to star alongside Whoopi Goldberg in the upcoming Tyler Perry film Nobody's Fool. She is currently starring in the TNT series, The Last O.G. alongside Tracey Morgan.
