Netflix Releases Explosive Trailer for Season Two of ‘Savage Beauty’
The cutthroat world of Netflix South Africa’s ‘Savage Beauty’ returns with a gripping second season trailer.
The trailer for the new season of Netflix’s Savage Beauty has just been released. The show, which abounds with themes of power and family complexities, revolves around the wealthy patriarch of the Bhengu Beauty empire, who harbors a devastating secret and manipulates his dysfunctional family back into unity.
Fractures within the Bhengu empire deepen in this new season, and a relentless vendetta threatens to tear the family apart. Instead of uniting, each family member pursues power independently. The rift between parents and children renders the once-mighty dynasty vulnerable to attacks from new adversaries aiming to settle old grievances and seize control of the company.
Now in its second season, debuting on June 28 after the first premiered in May 2022, Savage Beauty is written and executive produced by Lebogang Maghosa. The series features a stellar cast, including SAFTA winner Nthati Moshesh, Dumisani Mbebe, Jesse Suntele and Rosemary Zimu. They are joined by veterans Tony Kgoroge, Abena Ayivor and Desmond Dube, as well as newcomer Lebogang Fisher.
