Watch the Music Video for Dream Collaboration by Prince Kaybee, Shimza, Black Motion and Ami Faku

Three South African house heavyweights—Prince Kaybee, Shimza and Black Motion—connect with newcomer Ami Faku on 'Uwrongo.'

Prince Kaybee, Shimza and Black Motion are South African house royalty. Their new song "Uwrongo" is a dream collaboration come true.

"Uwrongo" features Afro soul newcomer Ami Faku, who carries the song with her effortless and polished vocals. The three producers laid down a mellow Afro house beat for Ami Faku's soulful vocals. The music is rich—guitar squelches and smoky pads dance around a bouncy rhythm.

"Uwrongo" is the first single by Prince Kaybee in 2020. The prolific deejay and producer just came from an intensely busy year in 2019 in which he released two projects, the album Re Mmino and Crossover Music. The former included the mega hits "Gugulethu," "Fetch Your Life," "Banomoya" and "Club Controller."

Prince Kaybee has established himself as one of the country's most elite house producers and deejays among the likes of Black Motion and Shimza, who have been in the game longer than he has been.

A collaboration by the three of them was always going to make noise. Adding new talent in the form of Ami Faku is also a great gesture and a sign that Faku is herself fast becoming a notable name in the country's music scene.

The music video for the song was filmed and directed by Uncle Scrooch of Ofentse Mwase Films. The visuals showcases South Africa's beautiful scenery which the four artists view as they cruise in a vintage car.
