Nnedi Okorafor Is Dropping a 5-Issue Comic Inspired By Legendary Black Knight Antar

Nnedi Okorafor is seriously unstoppable.
After making her comic book writing debut with the digital-first Black Panther comic series last year, the sci-fi author is once again blessing comic book fans. This time with a new, 5-issue series entitled Antar: The Black Knight.
She announced the news on Twitter yesterday and shared the cover for the first issue, illustrated by Eric Battle.
Antar; The Black Knight is inspired by the legendary Arab poet and warrior whose writings, which pre-date Islam, have survived.
