Blue Velvet: Moonchild Takes New York City
Photographer Andrew Boyle follows South African creative Moonchild as she roams around New York City in a fashion editorial.

South African experimental electro-pop artist Moonchild recently made her first trip from her home of Johannesburg to New York City. The singer & fashion designer—who made her mark with the striking visuals for “Rabubi" & “Go Starring" and her collaboration with Fantasma—came to town for her American live debut at the CMJ Music Marathon.
We asked photographer Andrew Boyle to document the blue-haired creative's stints across Williamsburg, Times Square, and the MTA subway in the following fashion editorial photo shoot.
