M.anifest Shares His Pains Of Love Video For 'Mind Games'
M.anifest drops a new music video to his 2013 single " Mind Games," shot in Brooklyn, NYC and featuring Aubé Linda.
Ghanaian MC M.anifestis back today with a new music video for "Mind Games," the second single from his latest album Apae: The Price of Free. EnlistingMinneapolis-based beatmaker and longtime collaborator G Mo for the melodic and classic hip-hop drums, the single sees M.anifest recounting the many mental games that can go down in relationships. The music video was shot by Film Fam's Garth Von Glehn, the same director who also helmed M.anifest's previous visuals for "No Shortcut to Heaven" with hiplifer Obrafourand "Proverbs Manifest" featuring South African wordsmith ProVerbs.In "Mind Games," M.anifest travels to Brooklyn where he plays the part of an aspiring filmmaker going through the throes of love with his girl (Haitian model Aubé Linda).The minimalist video uses Brooklyn's brownstones as the backdrop to the couple's roller coaster relationship as M.anifest raps, "You're too much for one man, but not enough for two."
