DIASPORA—After a Yoruba inspired maternity photoshoot and an African themed push party, it was only right to assume Beyoncé would follow her passion for Mother Africa with some African names. To that end, we listed some African names that we were hoping Queen Bey would consider for her twins, whom she gave birth to over a month ago.
Yet, upon all our amazing suggestions, Queen Bey did not listen. Last weekend, we learned that she did not heed our advice. On June 13th, she gave birth to two—now famous—twins, naming them Rumi and Sir Carter, respectively.
But according to E! News, neither have a middle name.
