Ghanaian Opposition Leader Wins Election. Mahama Out as President.
Ghana's incumbent president John Mahama has conceded defeat in Ghana's election. Opposition leader Nana Akufo-Addo will become Ghana's 13th president.

Ghanaian media is reporting that President John Mahama has called opposition leader Nana Akufo-Addo to concede a tight election. Akufo-Addo will become Ghana's 13th president.
Joy FM’s website showed Akufo-Addo winning with 53 percent of the vote with Mahama on 45.15 percent, based on a count of 217 constituencies out of 275 in total. Citi FM gave Akufo-Addo 54.8 percent based on 190 constituencies.
