Emtee drops new music video from 'D.I.Y 2.'
Emtee just released the visuals for the song "Abantu," which features S'villa and Snyman. The song is from his 2018 EP DIY 2 and has proven itself a fan-favorite.
In the song, which was produced by Kreazoe, Emtee and his collaborators, rap about people being jealous of other people's success, especially theirs. In the video, the artist makes his argument strong by giving us a glimpse into his desirable life. The video plays out like a behind the scenes video of Emtee going about his day-to-day activities, which include a shoot, a road trip, and a flight in a chopper. According to the text in the beginning of the video, the video shows the artist on his way to an event outside of Joburg.
It's great seeing a video from Emtee, after he had been vocal about not seeing eye-to-eye with Ambitiouz Entertainment, the label he's signed to. A few weeks ago, the artist went on a Twitter rant that implied he wasn't entirely happy with the label and how they are handling his rollout plans, tours and other things.
