Black Coffee, Skepta & Kanye West Are Featured In Drake's 'More Life,' Hear It Now
Drake's new 22-song "playlist," 'More Life' is here. Stream and download it now.
The new release, which is being pushed as a "playlist," is an expansive 22-track affair. Drake debuted the project Saturday evening on his OVO Sound show on Beats 1.
More Life features past and frequent collaborators like Kanye West, Young Thug, Quavo, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, and Partynextdoor.
Skepta—the man responsible for getting Drake to remix Wizkid's "Ojuelegba" and sparking the "One Dance" connection—gets his own interlude. He shouts out Fela Kuti in it.
The UK grime scene is also represented by Giggs, who's featured on two More Life tracks, "No Long Talk" and "KMT"
Wizkid and Drake's recent single "Hush Up The Silence" didn't make it to the playlist.
South African superstar Black Coffee shows up big for "Get It Together" alongside Jorja Smith. The track is a remix of Black Coffee's 2011 hit "Superman." You probably remember the song playing in the background of those Instagram clips of Drake dancing at a prom with Jennifer Lopez.
Drake gives another nod to South Africa in More Life, titling one of the tracks "Madiba Riddim." No actual mention of Mandela in the song though.
More Life also features the previously released "Fake Love."
