Ghanaian-American MC Blitz The Ambassador recently stopped by Seattle's KEXP radio station, where he delivered an electrifying 25-minute set backed by a 10-man band. Blitz performed high-spirited renditions of his songs "Wahala," "Africa is the Future" (which he changed to "Africa is Now" during the performance), "Success" and "Best I Can." After each booming track, the rapper answered questions about his transition from visual artist to musician, his experience charting his own path in the industry, and shared his thoughts on "Africanism" and the growing influence of African musicians.
