Afriforum is Planning to Prosecute EFF Leader Julius Malema on Charges of Fraud and Corruption
It's on again between Afriforum and Malema.
Afrikaaner civil rights group Afriforum announced this morning its plans prosecute the commander in chief of the Economic Freedom Party (EFF), Julius Malema.
"We are planning to prosecute Mr Julius Malema on charges of corruption and fraud," said AfriForum chief executive Kallie Kriel. "All I can say is if somebody portrays themselves as somebody that's fighting for the poor, when such a person, like in the case of Mr Malema, goes ahead and steals state money or tax payers' money—money that should benefit the poor, we believe such a persons should be held accountable."

According to the Mail & Guardian, these charges stem from a case involving an engineering company, On-Point Engineering, which was awarded a tender by the Limpopo roads and transport department valued at R52-million.
Malema's Ratanang Family Trust was an indirect shareholder in On-Point. Malema denied these allegations.
This is the second time this year the Afriforum threatens legal action against Malema.
In January, the organization announced to be laying charges against Julius Malema, EFF deputy president Floyd Shivambu, and spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi. This was after the party led protests against the retail store H&M after the company's distasteful and racist "Coolest Monkey In The Jungle" ad.

The way I'm so irritated it's like this racist #Afriforum front of boers is trying to prosecute me. When we allow racist enclaves such as Orania to exist within the republic, these clowns will continue with their rubbish.
