Davido 'A Good Time' 

Davido's much anticipated album A Good Time has finally dropped. Trust us when we say that it's aptly named. After incredibly successful singles and collaborations, the Nigerian superstar is in top-form on this new 17-track project. Naira Marley, Zlatan, Popcaan, Chris Brown, Summer Walker, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, WurlD, Dremo, Peruzzi, andYonda are all featured on the album. Production across the album comes from the likes of Kiddominant, Shizzi, London On Da Track, Speroach Beatz, P2J and more.

DJ Sliqe - Spaan Saam ft. Kwesta

For his latest music video, DJ Sliqe revisits the classic South African drama series Yizo Yizo, which aired in the early 2000s on SABC 1. The iconic series explored the life of high school kids from the hood. Kwesta and Sliqe are dress sense in the video references the flamboyant style of Yizo Yizo characters such as Papa Action and Chester. The music video is shot in a high school and repurposes some of the series' memorable scenes like the frantic ringing of the bell by Javas, the scene where a young man's head is forced into a toilet, among others.

STORMZY - OWN IT (feat. ED SHEERAN & BURNA BOY)

Stormzyis readying the release of his second album, Heavy Is the Head, due December 13. He's now come through with the new music video and single for "Own It," an electronic head-nodder collaboration with the Burna Boy and Ed Sheeran. The addictive new song is accompanied by a new music video, directed by Nathan James Tettey. It follows Stormzy, Burna Boy, and Ed Sheeran as they perform on rainy London rooftops, warehouses and club dance floors—simply put, it looks like a fun time.

Rema is the Nigerian artist to watch and his recent performance on the popular YouTube-based A COLORS SHOWproves exactly why. The "Dumebi" singer stopped by for a brief but memorable performance of his single "Bad Commando" the title track from his latest EP that dropped in October. Performing in a stripped-down, olive green setting, the artist dressed in all-black, delivers crisp vocals that sound just as sharp as the studio version.

Sun-EL Musician x Ami Faku - Into Ingawe

Rising South African singer Ami Faku collaborated with the house music producer Sun-El Musician for "Into Ingawe" which was released in June. The song became an instant hit on radio and the internet. The song just got treated to a fitting visual. "Into Ingawe" is a song about the moment when dreams come true, which Ami Faku describes as a miracle, because it's tough in these here streets for a dreamer.

Andy S 'Le Rap N'a Pas De Sex'

Andy S is a 22-year-old rapper from Abidjan, Ivory Coast who consistently spits fire bars. The rapper is now releasing her new 5-song EP, Le Rap N'a Pas De Sex, which means rap doesn't have any gender. Her team tells us that Andy S "named her album that because she believes that she could easily be considered top five best rapper in her country if she was a man. Instead, she is often labeled the best female rapper." Get into it above.

Yemi Aladereturns with the visuals for her single "Shake," one of the many infectious tracks from her latest album Woman of Steel.In the Paul Gambit-directed music video, the singer shows off her sensual side, first posing on a bed in an elegant powder blue mesh gown, before heading into several dance sequences. As usual, the singer serves in a number of stunning, eye-catching looks.

Ghanaian rapperM.anifestenlists Grammy-nominated Burna Boyfor his latest song and music video "Tomorrow" from his upcoming album The Gamble. The mid-tempo love song is the latest collaboration from the two artists, who worked together on the socially-charged track "Another Story" from Burna Boy's African Giant album. The artists are at a change of pace on "Tomorrow" which sees them singing lovingly about living life to the fullest, since "tomorrow isn't promised," atop airy production.

On what's an overdue collaboration, J Molley and Emtee connect for a banger that's easy to fall in love with. Both artists can sing as well as they rap, and on "Going Down" they exhibit both traits and the result is a potent single. The song, which was released early this month, just got treated to visuals. Directed by J Molley himself, the video shows the two artists' performance scenes in different settings, from a movie theatre to what looks like a colonial military museum.

Cameroon's Stanley Enow explores two sides of his personality in the new 12-song album, Stanley VS Enow. The album is a blend of afropop, hip-hop and traditional Cameroonian influences and features Fally Ipupa, Diamond Platnumz, Daphné, Ariel Sheney, and Locko.


Reason ft Ginger Trill 'Cashless Society'

Reason ft Ginger Trill - Cashless Society (Official Music Video)

Reason has finally released the visuals for "Cashless Society," one of the strongest songs in his latest album, 2018's Azania. The song features fellow wordsmith Ginger Trill. The two rappers each speak their mind about the state of affairs in South Africa's townships, a majority of which were built by the apartheid government as dumping sites for black people. The song's visuals were directed and filmed by Cape Town director Motion Billy. The video's monochrome color scheme is fitting for a song about one of the biggest forced removals in the world's history.
