2 Men Have Been Charged with the Murder of Nigerian-British Model Harry Uzoka
The two men, aged 23 and 24, appeared in court Tuesday to be charged with the fatal stabbing of Harry Uzoka.
Two men have been charged with the murder of talented Nigerian-British model, Harry Uzoka, The Independentreports.
Jonathan Okigbo and George Koh, aged 23 and 24, appeared at the Westminister Magistrates' Court Tuesday to confirm their names, dates of birth and addresses. They are alleged to have attacked Uzoka, 25, outside a block of flats in Shepherd's Bush in London.
Koh is also charged with the "possession of an offensive weapon."
The two men remain in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey, or the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales, on Thursday.
A 27-year-old man who's still under investigation has been released and a 28-year-old man has been released with no further action.
Uzoka is the fourth person to be stabbed to death in London this year. The news of his tragic death was a huge shock to the world and those who knew him, as he's been hailed as an icon for black boys in the UK.
