The MoCADA organized Soul of Brooklyn Block Parties continue in Fulton Park with this Saturday's Afropolitan Dreams featuring three highly-regarded Okayafrica favorites — Ghanaian emcee Blitz the Ambassador, 'Afropean' R&B duo Les Nubians, and global-bass selector Chief Boima.
Prior to the live performances, vendors and artists will gather on Lewis Avenue for an afternoon celebrating local business and community, including a live set by DJ Rimarkable and a film screening of Restless City, plus art-making activities, food and fashion.
