Burkinabé rapper Art Melody has been an in-office favorite since he dropped the incredible, found-footage video for “L’eben Est Dans Le Noir” and his collabartion project Waga 3000. In "Yamb Sabaab," Art Melody once again collaborates with "L'eben" beatsmith Redrum to create a wobbling-bass attack about life in Ouagadougou:

"Women, children... came to get water from this fountain.../ I would often wait for hours just to get a few liters of water/ After the shower, I did I go out?... And get rejected at the National School for Telecommunications, BandAvoir?"

Stream/download "Yamb Sabaab" below, read the full lyric transcript and look for the track on Art Melody's upcoming album Wogdog Blues due in March.
