AFRICA IN YOUR EARBUDS #33: BEATENBERG

Cape Town trio Beatenberg play a saccharine blend of South African electropop. The band — composed of vocalist/guitarist Matthew Field, bass player Ross Dorkin and drummer Robin Brink — have been making waves in SA with the release of "Echoes," their infectious and airy ballad that dropped earlier this year.

The boys hold down the reigns for our latest installment of Africa In Your Earbuds, delivering a robot-introduced (you'll see) multi-genre excursion into classic selections from around the continent — including tracks by Vieux Farka Touré, Bheki Mseleku, George Sibanda, Glen Lewis, and Fela.

Stream/download AIYE #33: Beatenberg below! Big up to Underdog for the cover artwork.
