Rick Santorum at the 'Republican National Security Debate' last night said: "Africa was a country on the brink of complete meltdown and chaos" - naturally. He's no better off than his primary rival Michele Bachmann, who doesn't know that Libya is in Africa (below). We loooove our GOP candidates in this country.
