Nairobi Style: 2manysiblings' Thrift Social 6 in Photos

Nairobi’s coolest kids gathered last Sunday at Privée Westlands for the return of 2manysiblingsThrift Social. Thrift Social 6 was a special two-part, two-city edition that also saw the Kenyan brother and sister duo of Papa Petit and Velma Rossa bring their music, style and art event to the UK for the first time as part of the Fashion Cities Africa exhibition at the Brighton Museum. Okayafrica was once again excited to be on board as a media partner.


2manysiblings launched the Thrift Social event series last year as a platform to promote young creative entrepreneurs while encouraging their peers to give back to the local community. In addition to shopping with some of the flyest vendors in Nairobi, attendees are encouraged to bring clothes and shoes to be donated to the Jacaranda School for the mentally handicapped.
