Video: Meet Kenya's First Parkour Practitioner, Adam Hassan

Parkour and free running is not common in Kenya, but that did not stop Kenya's Adam Hassan from becoming a practitioner of either.

Parkour is a training discipline that derives from military obstacle-course training. It requires extreme dexterity, focus and perseverance.

In spite of the difficulties of mastering the training, Hassan was able to do so, with the help of online videos and tutorials. He's mastered the practice over the last eight years and is now actively involved in teaching young children the discipline as well.


Soon this talented Kenyan from Mombasa will be featured in film productions as a stunt-man and actor. Check out Hassan's incredible parkour skills in the video below.
