SOUTH AFRICA–Cape Town has been hit by a notorious storm, which started on Wednesday morning. At the moment, five people have been confirmed dead, while four have been injured.
The Mother City has been experiencing a severe drought–with dam levels at 17.6 percent, prior to the storm.
